OPTIONS FOR RESELLERS
We are looking for a few chosen people to help resell our product! We will be offering hugely discounted licenses to companies who are looking to re-brand and resell our product. We are open to working with users who are willing to purchase rights for resale, and have the software branded under their name. No links or references to PhpUnlimitedChat will be made within the script.
There are two options available:
1) Bulk Licensing
Purchasing bulk licenses from our license server will track the number of installations made of the product, each install of the script will first contact our licensing server and your account with us will reference it in our admin area, the number of installs made, and where it was made. We can sell you a certain number of *brandable* licenses at a discounted price. You can also arrange to have your own graphics used (at extra labor cost for implementation).
Minimum purchase: 10 licenses
Cost: Please contact us to negotiate a per license rate, the price will be decided based upon how many licenses you will be purchasing in advance.
2) One Time Cost
We are also offering the opportunity for users to purchase full rights to the application in regards to resale and rebranding without having to worry about purchasing future licenses from us. You simply pay a one time fee to rebrand the product as you wish. You will be purchasing full rights to coding behind the script and the software application, full rights to resell the script and software, along with ownership rights as well. There will be no restrictions as to what you can do with the product once you have bought full rights to it. Purchasing with this option will not have the restriction of having to use our license server, and it will be free of any encryption as well.
Cost: $999 for a total buy out of the script with no further restrictions or licensing, it becomes your property for resale, improvement, adjustments and rebranding under your own label for sale. Please contact us if you are interested in this offer to receive our contract sales agreement.
